Thread: Why is our team always flat?

It just seems like we have no intensity. We always seem to come out flat and play with no heart.

I don't know if I am the only one seeing this week in and week out, but there is no fire with these guys.

Do you think this is a lack of motivation from the coaching or is it a player issue? Or is this an issue at all?

Haha I notice that too, although they (defense) looked fired up against the Colts last week, so I ask how come sometimes they don't look fired up? The 2nd quarter just started vs the Panthers and I was just telling my brother they don't look fired up at all for this game, in fact this is about as flat as I've seen them in a long time. DAMN IT, I hate when they don't have a noon game on CBS.

They do seem a little more confident now with Gus in there, but it needs to be on a more consistent basis.

I like how the offense is getting excited now that we are on a drive.

Are team is always flat becuase shiancoe cannot hold on to a ball for more then 3 seconds and the idiotic play calls by brad childers who deserves to get fired in my opinion

Honesly, we should just put out defense out on the field instead.
We'd stand a better chance of scoring.

The coach is flat from the time he gets up in the morning. That idiot is really bad news.

it"s 10-10 at the half, but the offense is very mediocre and it's not all Gus' fault.
