Why the Oakland Trade Makes Sense
Vikings get Buchanon and 7th pick overall. If you draft Mike Williams with this pick are you losing THAT much talent at WR?
Williams is like 6'5", less of a headache and other USC players said most college kids couldn't even try to cover him.
Now you have one of the best CB tandems in the league. Then trade your #1 and Bennett to move up for a LB or FS. Your defense is now 10 times better and you still have a tall, fast, young WR. Make sense?

Wouldn't know for a few years if he'd be another Moss. Most kids in college won't play pros either, that explains why most couldn't cover him.

I am not sure the raiders even want him. Why would they? They have a young group of talented WR's they seem to be hurting for a RB.

Not even a bit. You have an untried rookie. You lose a seasoned veteran. You have potential. You lose someone that is breaking Jerry Rice's records for Christ sake. Az drafted some first round dude, and Boldin. Boldin owned. He was what a third rounder? And even Boldin isn't in the ball park of Moss. You can buy CB's. You can draft CB's. Randy Moss doesn't just drop into your lap. You have to get LUCKY to find talent like that. LOL, last year they wanted to have Ferrotte start and Bench Culpepper. I think this is a similar deal.

Only an IDIOT would trade the best wr in the game
STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES end of discussion.

UT- I agree completely talent like Moss doesn't come around everyday. That's a great way to put it.

Porter wanted out earlier this season and was very vocal about it.
I am not sure about Buhcannon but I also know that Woodson had his issues this year with the Raiders.
Al Davis likes Bad Boyz. He also, like Steinbrenner, likes the high profile name, sells merchandise and tickets.
Yes they do have a talented corp @ WR.
It was too bad that Wheatley was hurt twice this season. The games he played early on he did well.
Once again, I don't want to trade Moss.

Thanks for your outside perspective but are we getting Santana mixed up with Randy again??? Or does it really make that much sense???

Why the Oakland Trade Makes Sense
Well because I try not to worry about my e-life lol
Go on spouting garbage, anyone who bursts your bubble of reality is instantly called a packer backer even people in the past have called you out and you fail to answer them in the face of your being so wrong. Then a Mod breaks it up LOL.
You call it like you see it but I don't know what kind of beer goggles your wearing.
People have a right to feel the need to trade Moss and still be fans of the Vikes. Just because some people care more about the team as a whole then one individual doesn't make them the opposition it just makes them..........well smart.
