Who's your Offensive and Defensive player of the year
For the Vikings? On offense.. I'm going with Brad, no we weren't a sexy offense like Indy, but he stepped in and did his part for the team.
On defense.. my pick is Sharper who happened to have 9 interceptions, a key signing during the offseason for sure.

Definitely Sharper on defense, with p-will coming in second.
I'm not really sure if there is a player of the year for offense. I'd probably agree with you demonic and say brad as well.;-)

Those are my picks too. Other than Jermaine Wiggins on Offense and Fat Pat on Defense I don't think there are even any other candidates. I will say though that everytime Winfield goes to make a tackle it makes me feel all fuzzy insode. I love watching great tacklers.

I thought Wiggy would have a bigger year for us, especially with more than 1 TD. I would put M-Rob in front of Wiggy because of the TD threat he was and the 5 he had.
But, thats just me!
Oh yeah, and Edinger of ST!

Sharper should have KILLED Clayton today, instead he was caught out of position and it ended up being a 47 yard TD catch. He and I are still in a fight because of it."V-Unit" wrote:

I know Sharper deserves the defensive player of the year in most peopl'e book but I'm gonna go with Pat Williams. I love that guy.
Offense, I didn't see anyone who was a standout. Maybe Brad Johnson but that's about it.Kentucky Vikes Fan
