who would you get rid of?
If we could only get rid of one, who would it be. Childress, Bevel or Tjack.
At this point in time, even as badly as Tjack has played and as vanillia as Bevel is in the play calling my choice would still be dump this worm of a HC and his KAO to the curb. Reason being, ever since he came on board the ownership has done nothing but bring players into the organization to make us not only competative but a playoff calibre team. In the 3 years Bullet head has been here his record is what 14-20?
Its the responsibilty of head coach to utilize the players to the benefit of the teams success. He obviously can not do that and it is time to bring in someone that can. He is so afraid of removing Tjack because in doing so he would have to admit to the mistake he made when he moved up to draft him that he is willing to sacrifice the entire team to save his own hide.

It all starts from the top.
I am convinced we can not win a super bowl with a coach who just wants to not lose games instead of win them.

I'd be tempted to get rid of both Childress and Bevell. If forced to choose though, I'd have to pick Childress as I was never a fan of him becoming the head coach of the Vikings. I still have hopes of T. Jackson being able to make the defense be honest against the pass and not just stack up against the run.

bevell, why get rid of childress? He has bought talent into this team but we just need to learn to use it and that comes with experience

Cus getting rid of any of them is a move in the right direction.

Dump Childress and the team will also be rid of his unnatural obsession with TJack. Any other coach would never gone there with Jackson. And i'm convinced that if Belicheck or even Mike McCarthy (just to name a couple) were coaching the Vikings they would have won both games so far and be undefeated.

He may have helped us get talent, but he sure knows how to utilize them to the best of the other teams ability
