Re: Who is our Dime Back?
Our dime will probably be Ralph Brown or Irvin (unless he moves to safety).

I m like a Ja Rule poster, cause I'm off the wall.

Is Brown still on the roster? If so, cut his A S S ASAP. He was HORRIBLE last season.

Re: Who is our Dime Back?
Ken Irvin will be the dime back, and an outstanding one he will be. Ken has been an above average CB throughout his NFL career. He will get burned on occasion, but he also makes a good number of plays and is usually around the ball. His age is a concern, as is the injury he suffered last year. This might be his last season in the league.
I think Ralph Brown may wind up with the 5th CB spot, unless the rookie Adrian Ward shows enough to make the squad outright. Dustin Fox will probably be a special teams guy initially, and I would guess he would be groomed as a backup at free safety, eventually taking over for Darren Sharper two or three years down the road.SKOL VIKINGS!

Re: Who is our Dime Back?
Irvin will be the dime back to start off the year.
If his ankle isn't fully recovered and he doesn't perform well, then they might move Ralph Brown in that spot. I don't think Fox will play much at all this year - most third round picks don't start their first year, and he's on a good team. I see Fox playing a few years down the road if he progresses well.
Thanks PPE for the sig.

Re: Who is our Dime Back?
Okay guys, viking update says Irvin may be playing safety. So the question again becomes, who is our Dime back and does Fox have a shot at it?
If winning isn,t everything, why keep score?
