normally you have 6 players incase someone gets hurt, so for me its: T-Will, Wade, Rice, Allison, Carter, and Chandler Williams, then like PPE said lowber on practice squad.

Carter made an amazing, underthrown, one-handed grab today in camp, + i just got Williams, Rice, & Wade's autographs today so i want them to play lol

Re: who do you want at WR?

well troy, wade, and rice are locks to be on the active squad.
the other guys are kinda interesting.
i think allison makes it cuz i think he has a chance to end up starting down the road.
    so that's 4.
lowber is perfect for the practice squad it seems.
but then you have the mcmullens, hanktons, guys like that along with the holdovers like nance, carter, mann.
    and then of course chandler.
my guess is nance, just cuz i've heard good things and he might finally be all the way back from his injuries.
if not it's gonna be a guy who will be returning kicks, i.e chandler.
mcmullen is probably done just becuz he started out on the pup list and he had all of last year to prove himself and still couldnt crack the starting lineup.
that's my guess from far away in sunny florida

yea you're right, it will be interesting. honestly i hope it isnt nance because he wont go anywear from there for long, he's a dime or quarter reciever at best.

you're right that mcmullen didnt really "prove" himself last year, as a premier reciever that is, but you can't argue with is stats. he is an underestimated player, and thats his biggest strength. Defenders will almost always give him too much of a question; these numbers speak for themselves from last year:

    Receptions: 23
    Yards: 307
    Avg: 13.3
    Long: 40
    TDs: 2
    20+ yrds: 4
    40+ yrds: 1
    1st downs: 14

they guy is a reliable go to guy on 3rd and long downs, i actually kinda hope we keep him

Re: who do you want at WR?

I want the Mofocs that catch the ball the best, in traffick and down the lanes. Gimme two guys that can burn em deep and fast and two guys that can get hammered (not in the K-Rob sense) in the middle of the field, and two guys that can see the yard markers on the sideline for those most important first downs. Gimme guys that HOLD ON to the freakin ball. I don't care what their names are at this point. At this point, they have no friggin names. No one on this team, playing WR, has a bleeping name. I could say, 'I'd like T-Will to justify his selection three years ago', or, 'I'd like Rice to justify his selection this year'; but, if T-Will sux eggs, that would be fine with me, as long as SOMEONE steps up in his place. I have no emotional attachment to any of em (except, maybe McMullin, since I'm a Virginia guy). If Chandler steps up and is next year's Colston, then I want Chandler. If Wade can grab a sideline pattern, juggling the ball like ole CC did, them I want Wade. If any of these guys can make me forget Carter, Moss and Reed; then, they are who I want playing WR. Sandcrabs! If that QB from Donkeylick, NC is converted to a WR, and he does some kind of 'Slash' routine, then he's who I want. Just two guys who can run (and catch), two guys who can catch while getting pounded, and two guys who know where the marker is (and can catch).

That having been ranted, T-Will, Rice, Wade, Allison, and McMullin (with Lowber as the extra special, just jumping for glory, touchdown specialist). Amen.
