Who do so many games start at 12:00?

Why do most of the vikes games start at noon? Hardly any 3:00 starts. I usually go to church at 11, then brunch or whatever with the family and miss alot of the noon starts ;(

Church is your main problem there.
They start at 1 for me. So i can sleep in an extra hour.

All I Know is that it really sucks they mostly start at noon because being that I live in packer puke land I will have to travel to the local sports bar to watch the games because the butt-packers have most of there games at noon as well.

Its all about rating and such.
They have always started at noon since I was young.
You have 12-3:30 games, then the later games, then the night game.
Works well.

Hell, move to the EST zone like me and they start at 1.

Here in the GMT, the games start at 11. I remember it used to make me furious when my bosses would give me nothing but opening shifts on Sundays til the football season ended then I'd go back to closes. At my current job I have it set up that unless someone requests that Sunday off, I end up with that day off. Pretty sweet deal. Hope the Sundays are a little more enjoyable this season than last.

Here in the UK they kick off at 5pm.. As much as I'd love a 3 o'clock kick-off (as is the traditional time for football over here) 5pm works PERFECTLY for me.

I thought all of the churches in Wisconsin had direct tv. maybe you could stick a few extra sheckles in the collection plate to get them to spring for sunday ticket. ;D
