Yes, the contract Kellen Winslow Jr signed with the Browns specifically mentions "motorcycling" as an activity that could cause him to be in default of his contractual agreement, but, like many NFL players including Ben Rothlesberger who spoke out about the accident this week on the NFL network, Winslow chose to ride a motorcycle and took the risk. No matter what anyone says, it was still an accident. I don't think he intended to screw himself up via a faceplant into a parking lot.

Dumb? Yes. But...

IMO, Onterrio's stupidity greatly outweighs Kellen's in the fact that he knew from the outset that his actions were completely wrong. Nevermind the white dong.

Winslow has to be the bigger idiot just because of the stupid things he has said, done and will do in the future Smith has a glimpse of hope left with rehab but once a soulja always a soulja and we all know kellen winslow II is definitely a SOULJA :salute:
