Why anyone would hire Nerv as a HC is beyond me, seriously, how many times must a man fail before he doesn't get another chance.
The guy is an okay OC, but is a TERRIBLE HC.
They'd be better just going out there and letting the players decide what they want to do.it s not a sport until someone gets hit.

Reid was the offensive guy in Philly.
It cannot logically be argued at this point that Childress is a better coach than anyone.

I am starting to think that the offense is only confusing and complicated to Childress and he is bringing everybody else down to his level.
