Nice post/topic, i_b_p
I'm happy with our play going into this game at GB..
Perfect timing for a bye week, too.Vegans are eating the rainforests. =(

i wish we could of faced the bengals after the bye. they seem like the hardest team were facing after the bye. we could use the extra time to heal and more time to prepare against a good team such as them
I can see us going 6-2 after the bye, with the Giants and Cincy being the best competition, Hopefully though we can go 8-0, alright we've got to stop jinxing ourselves with these best case scenarios, This bye comes at the best time, after our toughest stretch of the year, then Detroit, Seattle and the Bears, I'm seeing a 35-40pt output after the week of rest (It is against the Lions)

Giants are HIGHLY overrated.i like where we are. lets be realistic, the 3 teams in the NFC which have a strong chance to go deep in the playoffs is the Vikings, Saints and Giants. whats important for us to attain home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
The saints have the falcons coming up twice, and the patriots. if the give up a game against the
falcons and lose to the patriots which is in week 12, they have a good chance in going 14-2.
the giants have philly coming up twice (which always play them hard), atlanta, denver and us on week 17 (which might be played seriously for home field advantage or first round bye.)
we got the seahawks, cardinals, and giants (week 17). we have a good chance in getting home field advantage, as long as we stay focused and "take one game at a time."
i think the deciding factor in for us to goto the promise land is to have a first round bye, and have homefield.
Teams they have beaten WAS, DAL, TB, KC, OAK..... best team is the 4-2 Cowgirls, but win was by 2pts.
Take Dallas out and the combined record of the others is 5-22.
So who they've beat doesn't mean crap.
Also, in their remaining 9 games only 2 are against teams with losing records WAS and CAR.
So they are in for a long haul and could not make the playoffs, because IMO PHI will win the NFCE.
It would be nice to send them home on the last game of the season.
