Where there's a Wilf ...
Where there's a Wilf ...
Zygi Wilf has a vision for turning the Vikings into a model franchise -- and running it like he runs his real estate empire, meaning his family will be alongside him at every step.

It's nice for the Tribune (who is usually against building a new stadium) to look at it from Wilf's side for once.

Re: Where there's a Wilf ...
I love Wilf he understands the history of the vikings, but I wouldn't mind a retractable roof... as long as we do keep it open when its cold (not like deathly cold though). Wilf = best owner in football.Wilf would like to see the stadium built for $750 million -- the amount it would cost without a retractable roof -- but the Vikings' partner in this process, the MSFC, wants a roof so the facility could play host to a variety of events.
Wow I would love to have the Vikings under this ownership for the foreseeable future. It's a tradition Zygi and Mark would like to keep in the family for many years. Both brothers have four children, and Zygi said he has talked to his kids about passing the team on to them someday. Mark calls it a "dream come true to be involved in ownership in the NFL," and his brother agrees.
