I'm usually much happier when they are considered a strong contender, but not the favorite. It just always seems to me that the more hype the Purple get, the more likely they are to fall apart, and to embarrass themselves on national TV at some point.
Maybe it's just my perspective, but the Vikings always seem to play better when they're getting dogged.
