I think he might get off light again. From what I have read the NFL is not as hard on boozers as they are on dopers. But we will have to wait and see. :drunken:

I bet they give him a 4 game suspension, but we wont dump him, too much experiance with this club to dump him over a DUI

If I'm not mistaken, the NFL has no choice but to give him a 4 game suspension. I think this is his second violation of the substance abuse policy and as a result, he MUST recieve no less and no more than a 4 game suspension. A third violation would bring a full season suspension. These penalties are non-negotiable as they are part of the written and agreed upon policy signed by both the NFL and the players representatives. :rr:

biggs, you are mistaken. he was given the option of paying a $500,000 fine to avoid a 4 game susspention. what would you do if given that option? the money comes out in the wash, but at least he gets to play...
