What if someone had run over Morten Andersen in the parking lot before the 98 championship game?

Tice would have sold tickets for the home opener (above market value) and given them to Daunte to deliver.
Daunte would have dropped them several times before being intercepted by the police. Luckily for both of them, Moss would have driven over the cops and they both would get away.

And yes, I think we would be 0-2.
    OMG, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
    So true!

Well almost, the forgot to pick up a good WR.
    Didn't need one.
They've already got 3 in Taylor, Robinson and Williamson.

And they *thought* they had a 4th in Koren Robinson, until he fell off the wagon and into the seat of his car.

I said "good", and taylor doesn't count as he is an RB.
Travis Taylor, who led the Vikings WRs in receiving last year, sure as heck does count as a wide receiver.

And I'm perfectly satisfied with our receiving corps.
Outside of TWill's dropsies in Week 1, I think they've done everything they've been asked to do by Childress.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

I don't even want to think about "What If".. I am glad that Tice, Culpepper, and the old coaching staff is history.. This writer was right on when he said we would probably be 0-2 if that was the case..

These days it is all about

    1. Brad Childress
    2. Mike Tomlin
    3. Brad Johnson
    4. Chester Taylor
    5. Ryan Longwell

no more Tice, Culpepper, Edinger, Cottrell, or anyone else that can't do their job right and get a win... I am perfectly happy with the direction that we are headed in, instead of where we would be if the "What Ifs" never happened..
I disagree, you left off the following:

    Defense
    Pat
    Kevin
    Darrin

Better yet, it is a team not a bunch of individuals out there looking out for thier own interests.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

    That's the bottom-line.

yeah, my bad on T. Taylor, thought you ment C.Taylor (as he's a good receivng back)

    But anywho,
Player No Yds Avg Long TD
    Travis Taylor 50 604 12.1 31 4

Those are not great figures for the #1 reciever.

Our WR's were average at best last year & we made no improvement in the offseason.
I hope they step up, but I said the same thing last year & the never did.
T-will is the only talented one in the group & he has a long way to go.

And actually, wiggins lead the team with 69.

T-Will is the only talented receiver in the group?
He is mostly potential right now and he should develop fine, but I wouldn't say he's the only talented WR.
There are teams with bigger names but T. Taylor is the man, he can be counted on.
I'm still not sold on McMuffin, but he appears to be doing fine with some key catches.
    M. Johnson is servicable. I like Jimmy K. and Wiggens, sure, they're TEs, but they can get the job done.
    C. Taylor is awesome out of the backfield.
    Richardson does his job.
The other WRs/TE/RBs can also perform just fine in the UMCO.
There is no need for the likes of T-Ho, Porter, Meshawn (although he may have graduated from the head-case WR class), Porter, etc.
The Vikes are fine at WR once T-Will becomes consistent, he is definitely not the only talented receiver.
Fantasy football and real football are mutually exclusive of each other.
