Q: How is E.J. Henderson looking?
A: Awesome, absolutely fantastic. He's a player. E.J. Henderson is everything we thought he would be and probably a little quicker than we thought he was. He's a stud.

I'm right there with you vikingstw! Since the first hit that I saw EJ put on a RB last year I knew that he was gonna be something special. I am getting more and more excited about our LB's. I hope that our backup's will step up and play too.

Ya that was emmit smith in the cards game when they were going for two and didnt make it and it left it at 17-12 vikes. You know the rest from there.

But it was a sweet hit he made on a hall of famer though. :cheers:

Yeah, that was the hit that I remember and it was beautiful! Emmitt was running full speed ahead towards the end zone and almost scored, but EJ wasn't havin' it. I hope that he has many more hits like that! Man, I really just can't wait for the season. I'm starting to get the shakes. :shaking: :shaking: :shaking: :shaking: :shaking: :shaking: :shaking:

Like I said after we drafted this kid, "you don't do what he did in college, and come in and be average in the NFL". We absolutely have 2 studs at LB in EJ and DT, and I can't wait to see them play together.

Can't agree with you more, he should have been a 1st round pick, we got lucky with him slipping to the 2nd round.

Hopefully he can put the trouble behind him and stay clean, and that he matures abit and gives us a dominating middle linebacker like Studwell, Blair and Jack. :cheers:
