what happend to frowler (hope i spelled his name right :| ) i thought the nfl board was to decide about it in early march but i have not heard anything about it yet

NFL owners seem to like Arizona businessman Reggie Fowler, who has a $625 million bid to buy the Vikings. Though he's not attending these owners meetings, his bid is simple. If he sells his company SATCO, valued around $300 million, he will have enough cash to fund the 30 percent investment he needs to buy the Vikings. Until the company is sold and the money is in the bank, the NFL owners can't vote on him. Nothing is expected to happen until May at the earliest. ... I got this from ESPN.com

dont make fun of the guy, i used to think it was whinfield. boy he must cry alot. lol. i finally typed in his name on google to look for a jersey, and it said did you mean winfield?

He doesn't need to sell the 25% stake for $300 million to have the cash to be approved. The NFL just prefers that he has the cash to deal with the fact that the dome lease causes some losses, in which he'd need to have the cash to cover those until the new dome gets built somewhere. He is expected to be approved at the next meeting in late April from what I've read.
