What does the Vikings song mean??

sorry for being an A-Hole the other day.. just hit a never i spose

anywho, what does the Skol vikings Skol thing mean.. does it have any meaning or is it is what it is.. ive been to 4 games in the metrodome and they always play it

skol means like salute or cheers so it basically means Cheers Vikings! or Salute Vikings!

I sat with him for the Packers game and he explained the whole tradition...he even shared how much his daughter likes to sing along! SO, SKOL to SKOL for keeping the Viking tradition alive with his younguns!!!

Even cajun was singin' along by the end..., with four of us waving his Vikings banner.
