What does Courage mean to Chad Greenway?
What Is Courage? Block Guests Know
By Joe Platania
The Ed Block Courage Awards banquet is 30 years old. However, the concept it celebrates is timeless....
"When I think of the word 'courage,' I think of the little boys and girls we saw at the Courage House. I think of young people who are put through a struggle. They're very strong individuals, only 4 or 5 years old and having gone through more that we can imagine.
"Courage is a word that's sometimes used too often, but when you're around the kids we saw, you can't use it enough. Coming off an injury, it's not nearly as difficult a situation. We're blessed to play in the NFL, and we're blessed in many other ways."
"If at first you don't succeed, parachuting is not for you"
