This is my concern also...Fowler could be stretching his resources so thin that he won't be able to spend...and our window with the current talent is closing!Still concerned if Fowler uses his capital to buy the team, would he be willing to spend on free agency?
We may be right back in the same position.BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

I have a question: Since it is going to take 30-60 days for the NFL to approve Fowler, in whos hands does that leave Free Agency decisions?
It doesnt make sense that they would let a guy who isnt approved yet pick up new players on the team, and then if he is ultimately rejected by the league, the team has players signed by an invalid owner?
I hope he is allowed to make those decisions though, because hopefully he wont be cheap about it.
All I know is that this situation is making me feel pretty uneasy about the offseason.

It's getting close.
And what makes me feel a little more at ease is the deep pockets Fowler spoke of behind him. They are talking private funding for a stadium. To me, this means the Vikes will be aggressive when it come to their cap figure and land the defense they need.

i'd rather see the team bought by Taylor as well. I can't help but be paranoid that anyone who doesn't have a vested interest in Minnesota sports could be tempted to move the team by the potntially rocky road to a new stadium.
At the same time, like everyone else, i'm thrilled at the idea of being rid of Red.
happy Valentines Day, Vikes fans! :love1:my moral standing is lying down
