Well I guess when they play great that means Brad played so good it washed over the D.

Smoot was a given. I still dont understand the cusion Winfield and Smoot give when we are down by 2 or 3 touchdowns.

Am I going to have to put little happy faces next to my sarcastic posts?

It would help. Because this post looks like other posts of yours, so it is hard to tell when you are joking.

The secondary got toasted all night, maybe because the d-line wasn't applying enough pressure, giving Brady way too much time.

The o-line had BJ running for his life the whole game, hence the INT's (plus some bad decisions)

The play calling still amazes me. 3rd and 13 and they throw a 3 yd pass to a receiver with the safety barreling down on him. What's up with that?

The refs calls flabergasted me (and Thiesman)

    Williamson can't catch a cold.

williamson actually did a decent job out there IMO. he caught some balls i dont think very many people could make, and did a fairly decent job other than that long ball which SHOULD have been called. the refs were horrific, but thats not a good excuse for getting blown out by the patsies.

i honestly blame the refs. i think they really ruined the momentum of our team when it started to look like we were still in it. they had many BS calls. even the mnf announcers were bashing the bad calls. i will hold this grudge forever against the refs....lol. thats all i want to say about this game. im ready for sunday

    Let's not forget coaching philosophy.

    1--Tomlin.
I know critizing Tomlin is probably sac-religous around this town, but we should have adjusted for the fact that there weren't any backs in the backfield many times Monday.
It wasn't tough to tell we needed more pass coverage.
Side note...Tampa-2 was never supposed to be this blitz-heavy, and we might get exposed like this again.

    2--Childress.
What happened to establishing the run?
We were playing like we were down by two touchdowns from our first offensive play.

    3--Receivers.
I'm not letting BJ off the hook, but we didn't have a ton of guys open from my vantage point.

I'll be ready to move on to the 49 game by tomorrow!!

Well, the VP of Officiating Mike Pereira seems to disagree.
On this weeks NFL Network Official Review the Wiggins catch, 2nd review, in his mind was ruled correctly despite Rich Eisen professing his dismay like so many of us!
I really think the NFL screws up their officiating review by not getting it right and letting these refs off the hook for poor practices!
