This week focus in practice
I am saying that he needs to condition the hell out of them. Run em until they puke and get medieval on them until they wake up.
Coming out hellbent and then rolling over toes up by the third quarter has no effect.
Your focus if you could direct the practice?

Frazier isn't going to risk getting his top starters hurt in practices. He's going to keep them out or limit them so they are fresh come Sunday.

I would go back to basics and focus on fundamentals. All through the preseason, this aspect of the team was looking pretty good to me. I don't know what happened between then and now, but it needs to be fixed ASAP.
Conditioning. Guys should not be pooping out midway through a game. This may not have shown during pre-season due to rotating guys in and out so much for evaluation purposes.
Tackling. Don't just hit them, wrap them up and bring them down. This I thought looked good in pre-season, but much worse now. What happened?
Discipline. No more stupid penalties. Focus and think, keep your heads in the game.
That's all I am concerned about right now. For this week and for next, and for every single week that remains, drill them hard. The rest will come once these are in place again.
My Meeple is purple. What color is yours?
