See that mad run by Webb? His terrific coverage on his own INT saving a TD?

Never seen t-sack ever cover up on his INTs...

I have seen enough of Webb to think we need to keep him around somehow...and we need reliable backup...

Which leaves Tjack going to Oakland or somewhere.

    Why wouldn't you keep Webb???
Webb just hit Javon for a long TD - 63 yards.

    Keep Webb, cut TJack.

    =Z=
It was nice, but LOL! There wasn't a defender within 10 yards of Walker. Easy money.
Jackson would have hit Suzy Kolber on the sidelines
You'd be wrong. Jackson hit both Dugan & Mills on two of his passes Thursday night & the drops were clearly the fault of the WR.
Yes Jackson lack of performance continues to have fingers pointing at other people on the team.

Jackson stellar 2.3 yards per pass average during the preseason was lower than 107 other QB's and only 4 others were lower. 93 other QB were able to complete more than Tarvaris's 12 with only 18 others completing 12 or less. 103 other QB's had a better completion percentage than Jackson's 46.2% with 7 being lower. And there were 94 QB's with a higher rating than Jacksons 53 with 18 being lower.

Now Jackson has had the same system and team for 4 years, he hasn't bounce around the league or had to deal with HC or OC changes, this preseason his footwork, ability to read defense and ability to react with quick productive decisions still appears to be lacking. This is a guy that is playing on a one tender and he's showcasing his skills in the lower 10% of his position.
Are you seriously looking at & using preseason stats to state your case?

Didn't you just state in another thread yesterday how worthless preseason stats are?

Not true. Yes, lots of drops, one throw on the slant I believe was far behind the receiver. Yes, he should have caught it, but it was a bad throw too. Bad throw + Bad Catch (or non-catch) = bad play.

We could use his shitty regular season performances and stats ... but you would just blame those on the receivers as well.
