Weakest Link: Offense
A weak unit with a few strengths. Who will opposing teams view as our weak point?

Re: Weakest Link: Defense
Why does it say defense in the title?
Those are offensive players.
And isn't Cook our RT?
Also I'm at .8 Gs

Can you add some more choices?

Re: Weakest Link: Offense
Out of those Jackson has the most potential to be the weakest link. He touches the ball on every play, calls the plays and has to set the tone and pace. You can switch RB's and WR's if they are having a bad game but TJ is going to have to perform on every offensive play of the season. He is coming into this faster than he was supposed to and although he has not made critical mistakes he also has not displayed proficiency in putting points on the board. If he can perform moderately well the team will do very well.

Re: Weakest Link: Offense
I don't really understand how everybody, especially the press, is so worried about the right side of our O-Line.
If you look back, at least on the running aspect of it, Taylor made alot of big gains from the right side too.
The only thing is, these are guys that are not Pro-Bowlers (yet).
If you ask me, Bryant McKinney could possibly be the weakest link when we are on passing downs.
He, as the LT, protects T-Jack's blind side.
He's huge, but not as fast enough to go against speed rushers.
And there's alot of really fast, quick Right DE's out there that I'm worried about.

Re: Weakest Link: Offense
Tough Question! Hard to say with out watching some of them play a whole real game. As of right now on your list I would say Hicks because i think Herrera is going to start. Out of all the starters I would say T-Will for obvious reasons.
He has failed to convince me in the preseason that he will be able to catch the long ball.

Right Guard or Right Tackle, I thinks.

Re: Weakest Link: Offense
Out of the choices listed, I believe it's a toss up between Hicks and Johnson.
but I picked Johnson, just because he is the Tackle, and he has more responsability protecting the QB during passing plays....
I've been saying all along, this is also my area of most concern for the team as a whole....The right side of our O line.
I'm hoping they step it up a notch this year and cut back on penalties also...
If they can hold their own and play well this season, I think our Offense will suprise many people.
I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.

Re: Weakest Link: Offense
go with the most important member of any team, the QB. until he proves he can play in this league in a meaningful game, you have to vote for him.
We're bringing purple back.
