Thread: We need the Division.. less we be thrown to the dogs

Look at this, if we don't win the division, there is a good chance we dont make it to the playoffs...

These are teams that are not division leaders currently that want only two spots...

minnesota
tampa bay
atlanta
dallas
redskins even

we arent at the top of that list if the playoff started today (not yet, since the games havent been finished yet)...

I know all the vikes do is win.. But there really needs to be some other teams losing if the vikes want a wildcard...

So the safe bet is the Division.. Well by safe, I mean safe way into the playoffs..

<note to self.. though starting out 2-5 may be good for motivation.. it = not goodness for playoff picture>

We are in the 6th spot right now.. We keep doing what we are doing and I feel we are in.. Atlanta and Dallas are behind us but they play tonight.. I believe we will be tied with Falcons after they win tonight.. Cowboys are losing right now.. And I bet they lose

Bears are going down. I can't believe their record is as good as it is.

I can guarentee we make atleast wildcard.. No way we don't..

If Cowboys lose and Falcons win we are still on the out looking in as the seventh seed, but the Falcons got some tough-a$s games left. The Wildcard is a strong possibility if we get to 10 wins ...

we keep on winning and everything will take care of its self...thats it...one game at a time...Bring on Pitt.

Come on man keep up ... the Colts have already WON their division, so while the joke is somewhat funny, it is silly to even have it there ... so have the Seahawks by the way ...
And simple math and looking at the schedule shows that we have a damn good shot at a Wildcard spot oif we get to 10-6 ... The Falcons close with three very tough games and could easily finish 9-7, the Bucs close with tough games (though today's win makes them almost uncatchable) ... and the Cowboys close with tough games ... If we get to 10-6 is is VERY likely that we are in good position for a Wildcard ...
And spouting that the division title is the safest way is like saying the sky is blue :roll:
I mean is anyone's goal the Wildcard? I don't think so ... these threads pop up with doom and gloom every week and every week I tell everyone how it is quite possible we get into the playoffs in a few different ways ... it is easy to "think negative" and spout about it ... but the playoffs on any level are very likely if we get to 10 wins ...

By the way ... the Panthers are not even a division leader!! need to change your poll ...

We will win the Division. I have forseen this and it is our destiny.

Ok Dallas is gonna lose.. I bet anything.. So they would be 7-6..

Falcons will win tonight so they would be 8-5.. Tied with us.. Who would get the 6th spot between us?
