Thread: We Need Arizona to beat New Orleans

As i did my research. Arizona's conf. rec. is 3-8....New Orleans is 5-6

And Minnesota's is 5-5.

so that means if we lose to tha bears..and the saints win. we lose our playoff spot.

so we NEED to beat the bears..but we also need ARZ to win..

so go CARDS!!!

The Minnesota Vikings need to win their games and not worry about anything else.
If they truly believe they can contend in the playoffs, rather than being the normal 6-seed pretender, then they need to carry the big momentum into that Wild-Card game on the strength of a 7-game winning streak.

First step is tomorrow night against an overmatched opponent.

i understand that zeus but you cant win them all.. and lets not forget the bears was just in the superbowl!! why is everyone handing us this game? Yes we have been playing excellent. but im still kinda scared of the bears..remeber we barely beat them

I said - concentrate on their own business and the rest is immaterial.


The Vikings have the 6th-seed.
If they win out, they cannot be caught.
So it doesn't matter what the rest of the NFC does.

We don't need to focus on winning, the Vikings do. SI never said the team should focus on anything other than their game.

Personally I will be rooting against whichever teams have a chance of catching us if we do lose 1 of our next 3 (CHI, WASH, and Denver aren't easy games).

Hell 95% of you guys didn't think we would win 6 games this year let alone contend for a playoff spot.

Z is right.
They are currently in the drivers seat for the last wildcard spot.
If they just keep taking one game at a time and win out, no one will catch them.

Your actually incorrect...

The Viking's conference record is 5-5, Saints is 5-4, and the cardinals is 3-6.


If we do lose to the bears and the saints win, we won' be in the playoffs IF THE SEASON ENDED AFTER THIS WEEK!

Our records would be the same, and they would have the tie breaker, if both teams win out.
Yes, it would hurt our playoff hopes, it wouldn't end them.

To the people said that we shouldn't think about this because the viking's need to focus on winning and if they win out they are in.
Well, last time I checked we aren't playing for the Vikings.
So it shouldn't matter what we think about.
