Currently I think the best "Rent a DE" that is out there is Simeon Rice.
Can't think of any others right off the top of my head.

Well, the only #73 DE listed on NFL.com is Dan Bazuin from the Bears, and he's on injured reserve. I think it's safe to say that whomever it is, they've changed numbers.
It's DE Otis Grigsby, who was on Carolina’s practice squad this season. Grigsby, 27, played in four games last season for Carolina. He stretched well today.
