That's asking a lot for the Bears to lose their last 4 games.
The best part of my day is when I get down on my knees, with my head in my hands, and thank GOD for everything he has given me.

Re: IMO a great shot at playoffs

Let's see, I have been wanting to attempt this myself to see what happens:

    Bears Schedule:

@ Tampa - Loss .... Sims is finally playing well and Caddy is back.
Green Bay - Win ... "D" too tough for the non-existant Pack "O"
@ Pittsburgh - Loss ... Ben is back and "D" too tough
Atlanta - Loss ... Only Tampa has Vick's # cause they play them alot and is in the dome
    @ Green Bay - Win ... < see above >
@ Minnesota - Loss ... the Dome will be rocking and our "D" will prove to be too tough for their "O" in the end

    Final Record: 9-7

    ----------------------------

    Vikings Schedule:

Cleveland - Win ... will be closer than most imagine
@ De-Toilet - Win ... we finally end the streak of giving away late season games we shouldn't in the division
St. Louis - Loss ... just a gut feeling, I think their "O" is too fast for our "D"
Pittsburgh - Loss ... Ben is back and their safeties too strong in coverage
@ Baltimore - Win ... Ed Reed and Ray, Ray are back and healthy ... close game if they havn't already given up on thier coach and the season
    Chicago - Win ... <see above>

    Final Record: 9-7

........... dont' know what the tiebreaker would be and who would go, probably chicago with a better inter-divisional record

As excitied as I am.. I'm gonna concentrate on one game at a time. We got the Browns next, it seems likely we'll win against them but this could come off as a trap game for us.. I wouldn't take them too lightly.. I mean, who expected them so blank the Dolphins on sunday?.. a game I figured Miami would win.

Re: IMO a great shot at playoffs

    I too agree.
Vikings have a legitimate shot at a post-season entrance.
A few wins here; a few losses by some other possible "legitimate" teams there, and hey, anything's possible.
    p.s.
Regarding last night's game: did any of you notice that the last four face offs between the packers/vikings (regular season i.e.) have been decided by a field goal? Last season, it was Longwell's FG for two 34-31 packer wins; this season, it's the vikings (although not the same score) with two come from behind field goal wins...with a second or two remaining in regulation.

I see us losing to Pittsburgh and possibly St. Louis. So we should be able to make playoffs if the Bears can start losing.

I watched a good part of that Miami game when flipping around on the Ticket, the Dolphins gave up. They literally stop playing for Saban, so don't hold the Dolphins in such a high regard the rest of the year.
