Watch Vikes, Listen to Paul! I Need Help!
I'm sure we can all agree that Paul Allen is the most exciting play-by-play announcer in radio today. Even when the opposing team makes a great play, he still makes it sound exciting.
Hense my issue.
Because of the five second delay on "live" tv, I hear everything on the radio before it happens on TV. I will soon be making the decision between only watching the games on TV or only listening to them on the radio.
Does anyone have a way to watch the Vikes on TV and listen to Paul Allen at the same time without the delay?

I would just watch the TV. I mean, could you really stand listening to every game on the radio knowing that you could just watch it on tv?

IMO, it depends on the TV announcer. Some of Fox's (and most of CBS's) want to make me
ukeright: . BTW, Curt Menefee (Vikes preseason TV play-by-play) takes the mic for Vikes/Bucs tomorrow. I'll probably watch with the volume down.

That's why there is a mute button, you'd think they would have made one where you can just get rid of the announcers without drowning everything out.

Watch Vikes, Listen to Paul! I Need Help! (2)
There's no reason why there isn't least one radio station or internet site that could broadcast Paul Allen's commentary at a delay to match the tv. They already have the technology - it's the same as when radio stations delay live callers so they have a chance to bleep out any swearing.
They could do the same with the games!
