The Pioneer Press reports:

(Walker) received a few calls Tuesday from NFL teams. Cincinnati (which pursued Walker heavily last year) and Houston are expected to make strong pushes for Walker. Kansas City, Carolina, Jacksonville, and Philadelphia also are expected to show interest. Hamilton said Walker will not rush into signing with a new team.
"Denard will move on and play elsewhere and do fine," Hamilton said. "It just didn't work out in Minnesota." Walker battled a hamstring injury and a concussion in 2003, which Hamilton believes hindered his ability to tackle.

Excuses, excuses . . .

Let's hope he goes to Green Bay . . . maybe we can give each person that burns him next season a key to a MN city. . . wait, how many cities are there in Minnesota?
