Maybe it was because of the comments at the bottom.

I love the Vikings. I love reading about the Vikings. And as much as I love the Vikings I dislike Powers even more. It takes no brains or skill to write sarcasm. Which is probably why he's so good at it. Reading him is like kissing a girl with morning breath after she's smoked a cigarette and drank coffee. It should be enjoyable. But it's just nasty.

however i dont think Wade will get double coverage, he will still be our slot guy...

I also think Wade will succeed in the slot, I just dont see him as a primary guy.

I hate his articles. They're all laced with annoying, unnecessary sarcasm. Why doesn't he just come right out and say "the vikings suck, so does bobby wade." and make that his article.

Damn, might help Tom Powers out if he would watch a football game or two before making such foolish statements.
To think that he will start because of a contracr (which isn't even accurate when you hear 3 years, 15 million but that's a whole other rant), is simply an arrogant and stupid thing to say.
Are you going to tell me that the team won't start another receiver over him that happens to play better, just because of the deal.
First I don't see Chili operating in this way and second Wade is a 2nd receiver at best, but best suited as a slot guy.
Please make Powers go away so the sanity can return.
