5 downs, 99 yards later tops them all, but special teams specifically... Winfield I guess. That play brought us back into a game that we didnt play as well as the score suggested.

Seriously though, if we were comparing Longwell's championship FG to Winny's Forced Fumble, Recovery, and TD Return, is that even a contest?

k so i know this is play of the year... but i think Adrian's effort when he touched the ball 5 or 6 times in the process of a game winning drive over the Packers was the best "plays of the year" ending with the final touchdown. Need i remind you that drive was 6 or 7 plays long. He touched the ball every time but once.

No, the thread name shouldn't be changed to include ST's. After this voting closes, then there is a vote for offensive play of the year & after that the defensive play of the year;

The voting for the 2008 Plays of the Year is now underway on vikings.com.
First up is the Special Teams POTY, followed by the Offensive and finally the Defensive POTY.
