Williamson, meanwhile, produced a solid first week of Organized Training Activities. Working with the first team offense in three-receiver sets, along with free agent acquisition Bobby Wade and rookie Sidney Rice, Williamson caught a pair of deep passes with no signs of the problems that led to 11 drops last season.
Re: Vision analysis helps Williamson
I thought his biggest problem last year was that he was trying to catch the ball with his body and not his hands and running before securing the ball.....how is fixing his eyes going to help that?
Hopefully it was mental and he will have a breakout season this year.
Re: Vision analysis helps Williamson
Like i said maybe he'll catch the ball this year-sometime LOL

“I’ve caught 13,000 balls in the three months since I’ve been back from Nike. (Receivers coach George Stewart) keeps track of all that stuff, and the other day he asked me how many balls I thought I had caught since Nike. I was going to say about 1,500. But it was 13,000. That’s a lot. But I’m a professional. I want to conduct myself as a professional by taking this thing seriously.†— Vikings receiver Troy Williamson

Think he caught anything? ;D?
Re: Vision analysis helps Williamson
This can be the last excuse, he's a third year player now.
Wideouts are supposed to come into their own in the third season so between experience and vision correction, there isn't a reason left for TWill to continue to drop passes.
I hope he gets it right, would be nice to get solid contributions from a first round pick and it's not like we have a plethora of receivers waiting to play.
