Re: Vikings WR's unheralded but not unproductive

Yeah, but we all know it will be C. Taylor running left behind Hutch and Co. with Richardson leading the way. Trust me the ball won't be in the air much this season, so it's kinda a moot discussion.

I think Krob will have a huge season! I think he will even make the probowl again this time as a WR. And our other receivers compliment each other so well. They will all be very productive this year!

You could even throw tight end Jermaine Wiggins into the mix, whose physique resembles that of Ron Jeremy more than that of an NFL athlete

The Vikings' receivers aren't the flashiest
Good thing they aren't flashy, especially Wiggins, man talking about frightening.

I thought this title was about K-Rob winning his award for being a comeback guy last season. I just did a search for it, and I couldn't find a darn thing.

Oh well, maybe somebody has the time to find it......

    Got to go.

I was just thinking the same thing ... there is nothing to this article at all other than spitting out well-known facts about where they were drafted blah blah blah ... not enough of a strong opinion to be a column and definitely not enough strength to have any news value.
I agree that they are unheralded ... but he blatantly makes it sound like Koren went to the Pro Bowl as a WR when he went ONLY because of his great return numbers.
One of these guys will have to put up real numbers (1,000 + yards and 8 + TDs) if we want to be succesful this year ... and I think that Koren or T-Will could be the guy to do so.

they missed the fact that our passing game with thrive off of our #1 running game
People who see life as anything more than pure entertainment are missing the point.

Unreal, I was about to say the same thing. A bunch of stats thrown at us with nothing new ... someone had a deadline and nothing to say.

I like our receivers this year. I think they will compliment each other very well. I think that once we get adjusted to the WCO, we're going to be pushing some teams around this year.
