Yeah we suffered, but I look at the bright side...it can't get any worse.

Re: Vikings went down, not up
Hmmm, this is actually a good point that may have gone slightly overlooked.Early in games, when plays were scripted, Minnesota was able to move the ball, but as time went on, they struggled more and more.
Minnesota was very consistent on their opening drives.
But as time went on and teams adjusted to our game plan, our offense stalled.
Is this an indication of our coaching staff not being to adjust in the plays, an indication of the playmakers not being to adjust on the field, or both.
Probably both IMHO.
Don't you hate it when a well written article loses all credibility by droping facts that are glaringly wrong? The Vikings have the ninth pick in the draft and will probably look to use it on defense.
If the author can't even get our draft pick right three days after the season ends, it shows that his knowledge of the team may not be all that up to par.Zeus wrote:

LMAO.Yea Our offense went down but our defense def. went up. Let's see we are 6-10 have the 7th pick in the draft and we might be able to get Randy Moss back. If we get Moss back and then draft an OL and DE in the first 2 rounds and then get a WR late on the first day of the draft then maybe we could get our team into the playoffs next year.
Whoever the starting QB is next year is going to be good. Brooks didn't look bad in that game against the Bears and Tarvaris looked like he learned a lot from the Green Bay game. Tjack def. had a better performance in the Rams game.
So I have high expections for the 2007 season. If we get Moss back from the Radiers and work on our line a bit then we will do just fine. Maybe we can even steal Dwight Freeny from the FA.
GO VIKINGS!!!
Can you even make a post without including the phrase "Get Moss Back" in it?
Every post has pretty much the same message.
Let's make a wager.
If it happens (which I doubt), I will personally buy you a brand new Moss jersey.
If it doesn't happen, you will never utter that phrase again. ;D
