Re: Vikings VS Seahawks: Official Post Game Discussion
Pulled this quote from the Pioneer Press today:
Guess he found out they aren't too good, situation wise!Coach Brad Childress said he will be looking for some things from his new-look defense as well.
"I want to see full speed," he said. "Obviously, I don't want them to be on the field very long, but they control that. I'd like to see them be aggressive, ball-hawking. I like to see a smart defense in terms of where we are situation-wise."

When you require nothing, you get nothing; when you expect nothing, you will find nothing; when you embrace nothing, all you will have is nothing.

our second and third team looked like high school players.

First team offense looked good, defense, was not as good.
I wasn't liking those runs up the middle, and Jared Allen was generating next to no pressure.
After TJ left the shit hit the fan.
I don't even want to start about it.
Only bright spot was Allison.

no sacks!?
People who see life as anything more than pure entertainment are missing the point.

He forced Hasselbeck out of the pocket a couple times, as well as beat Walter Jones on the outside to flush Hasselbeck the other way.
One thing I will say about Allen is he does need to know his situations.
It was 2nd and 8 and he went blowing by Jones, Jones didn't even touch him and they handed the ball off to Morris and went right to where Allen started.
I understand he was brought in to sack the QB but our main focus has been stopping the run which is what we have been the best at the past two years.
Lets not get away from that to add a few more sacks.

I couldn't see the game, I live in Los Angeles. It seemed from the box scores that our first team O was moving the ball, and that our D was getting handled. Was that the case? If so, were all our starters playing?
