The Vikings had approximately 2,000 tickets remaining Monday for their upcoming game against Philadelphia at the Metrodome, but team officials were optimistic that a blackout would be avoided....
Re: Vikings vs. Eagles pre-game articles
I hope having a couple home games can get this team once again turned in the right direction. Thanks for going forward with the news singer. I really get tired of losing, and some games hurt worse than others, so it's good to get it behind us and look ahead to a game against a team we should be able to beat.

It's time to play "Name That Struggling West Coast Disciple."........

2,000 tickets?
Thats it.....
This game will be sold out. I am sure the local TV station will jump in and buy them.
They would lose too much if they didn't.

WTF? I guess people take for granted they get to go to games. I can't understand how a fan still wouldn't want to go......

We all know Chilly had nothing to do with what went on in Philly, but I am amazaed at how much he learned

I agree but not everybody can afford tickets.
Re: Vikings vs. Eagles pre-game articles
I watch the Vikes on T.V. rather than paying out the teeth for nose bleed seats.

It's not just the cost of the tickets, it's everything. Tickets, fuel (round trip from where I live...$50.00), downtown parking, stadium priced food, really expensive beer, etc...
I want to take my wife and kids to the Eagles or Chargers game, I have to figure at least $300 -just to sit in the nose bleed section.
-Not that it's not worth it, I just can't afford it 10 games a year.
