The San Diego Chargers' seventh-ranked run defense bottled up Adrian Peterson, the NFL's leading rusher, in the first half.....
But Peterson, held to 43 yards in the first half, humbled the Chargers with a dominant second half en route to an NFL-record 296 rushing yards.
