Funny the difference a year can make. Twelve months ago the Bears probably would have been
10-point faves at the Metrodome. Our NFL writers discuss the reasons behind the flip in the NFC North...

Vikings receiver Bobby Wade has not missed any games since suffering a hyperextended knee Oct. 28 vs. Philadelphia, but he has been dealing with the issue of managing the pain and swelling.....

Kyle Orton was ineffective the last time he played at the Dome, but he has had plenty of time to work on his game since then.

Chicago has had injuries all over the place on defense, but its superstar middle linebacker still needs to be accounted for by the Vikings tonight.

The Vikings play the Bears tonight at the Metrodome in a game they must win to maintain their hold on an NFC playoff berth. Though this is the teams' second meeting of the season, Vikings right guard Anthony Herrera said the Bears defense has changed some since the Week 6 meeting in Chicago.

Good reading, and a drink recipe ta' boot. Boy it sure sounds grim for the bears defense. They are banged up on the inside and AD is gonna gash them. Pride can only take you so far and the bears will fold by the second half. Kyle babyface Orton is gonna give us some turn-overs especialy if we pressure him early. He can't win this game for the bears all by himself and we will be 8-6 after it's all said and done.
