Don't know much about him, but considering our depth, I will take someone who played every game last year...
It only took an hour for them to do this, so obviously it has been in the works for a while.Zeus wrote:

Hmmmm, this doesn't sound that great...
Jefferson, 24, opened last season as a starter opposite Patrick Peterson. Burned relentlessly the first seven games, Jefferson was ultimately benched and played only in sub-packages the rest of the way.Zeus wrote:

"The Cardinals re-signed Jefferson to a one-year deal in March that included a base salary of $540,000 and a small workout bonus.
Judd Zulgad contributed."
We traded for an undrafted CB that was benched and is on a 1 year contract?

If he was benched in favor of Patrick Peterson, that's not such a bad thing in my opinion. Patrick Peterson is quite a good CB as I recall. Let's give him a chance to succeed and help us get better!

This is strictly a depth move. I hope we never get to see him in a game. He is brutal, but your not going to get anyone good, unless they are holding out or giving up something good.
