Nothing wrong with watching the "Stars", but at some point, one would think you would like to watch the "Future Stars" My Farvish Friend.

IMHO, if more people watched those cats in situations like last night, more people would understand how a cat made the roster over his favorite college cat.
    ;D

Is this like the times when you praise Brzezinksi and go back to slating him the next day?
I am pretty consistent when it comes to giving props and then hating on a guy if he does something that warrants it.
    Kindof the open mind thing.
If more posters would take that approach, we wouldn't have such a divide on a few things on this site.

Please enlighten me to all the poor deals brzez has negotiated that deserve any criticism. He's nothing but class, and can't remember who said it but someone referred to him as our MVP, and imo they were spot on.

Also try applying your open mind to a certain #4.
How many times in the last 3 years have we gone into the season with alot of CAP and nothing but rookies and second year men starting?

If Bryzcheapski was doing the best thing for the team, instead of the owners, he would have spent a hell of alot more in the FA market so we wouldn't have had to watch kids learn on the field.

    As to number 4.
No way in hell my friend.
He is an assssssswipe who is gonna do nothing but harm by the end of the year.
    Good thing they kept TJ.
Maybe he will be able to save the year (like he did last year) again.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Farwell was rested because he is such a valuable piece to this team

He actually has been doing VERY good in the games he played in

If he doesn't make the tackle he is atleast in there assisting on it or about to if the other guys aren't going to get it
Exactly how many ST's tackles did he make?
Hell, I will even give you the ones you think he assisted in/on.

    Resting my ass.
Dude is gonna be gone next year.
Way to much talent at LB and S to keep him on the roster just for ST's.

If you doubt me, take a look at who/what we kept this year on the 53 man roster.

I doubt you. He had his chance to leave. Farwell got paid. IMO he likes his role with a Super Bowl ready team.

I found it gol 'darnit refreshing.....(No Smiley Faces)
Oh yes those pick 6s were soooooooo refreshing.
    :
    Just wait.
    His turn is coming.
Hell, the one throw he has gone deep was so far off that the S almost came over the top and got it.

    LOL.
Seriously, ole LNAD threw all but 4 of his passes against Houston at 10 yards or less.
    What a joke.
Hell, even the announcers and talking heads are saying that all he needs to do is be a game manager.
12 Mil sure is a hell of a price tag for a cat who can't throw it deep.

Blah blah blah....This is coming from the same person who probably thought Favre would have thrown an INT by now. What do the Jets have to do with the Vikings?

Someone gets it. He was a monster in the beginning of the preseason.
Again I ask, how many tackles.
And don't count the ones he got while he was running around out there lost trying to play MLB.

Maybe I'm the only one that noticed he was quickly replaced by Jasper and we never saw him again at MLB.

I think I know what happened, you guys were watching the same game were you were raving about how great PL was playing when in fact Hicks had replaced him a whole quarter before that.
(LOL, you guys crack me up....... ;D)

    Of course he likes it.
He got paid and is now relagated to almost the lowest man on the totem pole on the depth chart.

What man wouldn't love to get paid and not play?

Don't you have a Bungals game to watch? Favre is god + Farwell is a monster - Cook is garbage = One hell of an upgrade. Funny how a select few can't see that. So who is crazy? The majority or very small minority? I wonder.

    Glaucoma is a bitch.

Lets put this together so the elder can understand. Save the year like he did last year = Jets. We are the Vikings. We won the division? What does Favre have to save? If anything he saves us from a QB who is not ready for the limelight. Favre is.
