Sounds like you are asking for a lot. Drop the tailgate, leave the canopy at home because the ramp will have your head covered and the sides are open so there will be plenty of ventilation. If you can't hold your bladder for a few hours I would recommend depends.

Can't find a list of the questions in the survey, but I remember a question with the idea of having a commons area with permanent grills that would be shared by tailgaters. Presumably you would park in the ramp and carry your stuff to the grill area. That plus railgating wouldn't be that bad.

Yeah, that is the main idea that they are trying to promote.

I don't know... it would mean packing up even earlier to get everything back to the vehicles before the game. Plus you couldn't bring nearly as much. Things like tents, heaters for those January playoff games, etc.

The railgating would still be availabe for those that want tents, heaters, pimped out viking mobiles and such.
The Vikings could probably provide shelters and heaters in the tailgate area.
It would mean packing up earlier, and walking back to the cars, which would suck.

Where will the tailgating happen during the two years of construction? Maybe that location will become permanent?

You know... I don't know what the plan is for the 14-15 and 15-16 seasons... Where do they tailgate for Gopher games?

I don't know either, but on a side note can we just call it the 2014 and 2015 season, I get easily confused.

    Well that sucks.

And the goal line club isn't tailgating, no matter what they choose to call it. It is a catered event in the parking lot of Williams Arena.
