That, my friend, is excellent!!!!For regular season games;
Tickets Purchased: 37
Face Value: $1,804.00
Paid: $929.81(including shipping)
Saved: $874.19
For the Packer game I bought 1 ticket in section 113 for $98 which had a face value of $98 (even)
For the Bears game I bought 4 tickets.
2 tickets in section 104 for $25 which had a face value of $152 (saved $102)
2 tickets in section 208 for $139 which had a face value of $120 (paid $19 over face)
You got a great deal on those Bears end zone tickets, wonder how/why you got those so cheap?
A great deal on the Packer ticket too, although I'm sure a major reason for your savings was that it was a single ticket...hard for many resellers to get rid of.
What this also demonstrates though is you made an absolute killing on all of the other regular season game tickets you bought!
32 tickets for about $21 a ticket where the average face price was about $45 each.
Sweet...you're a miser after my own Scottish heart!
In 2006 I was able to buy 31 tickets to the Vikings-Packers game & paid just over face value or less (with shipping)

The majority of those would have been the $25-$60 face value ticket price range. Nothing above row 26."singersp" wrote:

The most I paid over face value was $26 for 1 pair due to shipping & those were the ones I used. Another pair I paid over face value for, I still had the night before the game.

The ones I paid less for I sold mainly to PP.O members & co-workers so they could go to the game at my cost & some I sold on eBay. I had 3 sets of season tickets that year.

9.30am at the Dome and 10am (central) on Ticketmaster.
Here's hoping that the decent Bears tickets don't sell out by the time it goes on ticketmaster!
