Re: Vikings sign veteran wide receiver

what the heck. why dont we just trade our entire offense with baltimores already. 4 offseasons straight we have signed somebody from the ravens. M-Rob, T-Tay, C-Tay, R-Hym. Not to mention their offense was enemic in those seasons. One of the best that came from that group was just released two weeks ago also.

Relax people ... teams make signings like this all the time ... it is not uncommon at all. He will probably be a practice squad guy given a chance to earn his stripes onto the team. It is not like they made this move and are saying they are done for the offseason and this will fix all their woes. It is a minor move for a minor player ... done by all teams to fill the full roster and practice squad.
    Exactly.

The same day this Hymes guy was signed, Patrick Body, Alex Guerrero, Norm Katnik, Maurice Mann and Jimmy Martin were also signed to future contracts and "could be sent to NFL Europe. The only practice squad player not signed to a deal was quarterback Drew Henson."

Exactly. He may not even make the squad. Remember Pinkston last year? There's still a lot of offseason to be had. Chill out.

I bought it as a gift for Del Rio.
He wanted to wear it at the inauguration ceremony of his cult.
