Hope their using velcro for their names on the jersey's.
Did Edwards fail a physical or was the LB pickup a stronger need?

This is crazy! If nothing else, you can say that Childress is unorthadox. I wonder if he realizes the start of the season is 6 days away.

I don't know if other teams do this on a regular basis, but I know this is the most moves I've seen the vikings make in the two weeks leading up to season. Maybe this is new territory for us as fans because Tice was a meathead, or maybe Childress just likes to mix things up!

What we got here is a failure to communicate.

    Exactly what I was thinking.
I was just going to ask if the Vikings had this much preseason movement in previous years..

I don't know if it's a good thing or not, but at least they are getting some fresh blood in the locker room.

I wonder who else is going to be released/picked up in the next 6 days..
    Heh.

Good signing, he did well for Tampa. He is infact pretty solid on special teams and he will help us out depth wise.He knows the system, and I think the only reason Tampa bay got rid of him is becuz they got alot more younger LB's in there, playing for less money. And thier on the same skill level, so they dumped him.

    Agreed.
Cooper is a MORE THAN solid signing.
    I like it alot.
He played alot for the Buc's and always saw him on the field for them.
Then again, WoT and I would have the best vantage point seeing that damn team on every weekend locally.
    Good job Childress.
