The Rams selected Kennedy in the first round of the 2003 draft, and he started 30 games in four years in St. Louis. He then played briefly for the Bears in 2007 and for the Jaguars this season.

He's a big guy... but I've personally never watched him play.

Hopefully he fills the rotation spot nicely.

The Final game of the 06 season for the Rams vs us

I guess he is "just" a big body against the run.. we need those guys.. We got one more roste spot open..

He was the guy that many wanted over Kevin Williams in the 2003 draft. He ended up being a mega bust, his best year with something like 3 or 4 sacks. Apparently he had serious motivation problems and was just generally lazy. He got by with just his talent and size in high school/college but it didn't quite cut it in the pros.

Maybe he just needs the right situation. Luck needs to be on our side for once. Maybe he will surprise us. He was a 1st rounder. He has to at least have some talent.

If anybody can light a fire under his ass it will be Jared Allen. Can you imagine what would happen if he sandbagged it in practice?
