Re: Vikings showcase Moore for deal
I would defiently say moore is worth a 3rd rounder, he's got pretty decent hands and can return kicks and punts so a 3rd and Clayton than I would be all 4 it.

Re: Vikings showcase Moore for deal
Not trying to hijack a Memo thread but this is getting to be a concern IMHO.
Did his injury slow him down that much that he can't beat out anyone else on this team for a roster spot?
The condition of defensive end Erasmus James' knee is no longer a factor in determining whether he will play in games, Childress said. James has been inactive all season as he continues to recover from knee surgery, but now he is simply competing with the Vikings' other defensive linemen for a spot on the 45-man roster on game daysMany many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

To be honest, I think Edwards has been playing better.
I just checked out the depth chart on Vikings.com, and they have James listed 3rd - behind Edwards and Robison!

Hopefully this is just some posturing to drive up the price. But Brad Childress said today that he won't trade tailback Mewelde Moore unless the offer "jars you."...Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain

I just hope the need becomes pressing enough for some team that they offer more than a box of ho hos and a diet coke for the oft injured MeMo.
