At times this summer, the Minnesota Vikings have appeared to be showcasing running back Mewelde Moore for a possible trade.....

moore should be third he is our best returner one of the best special teamers and he deserves a spot on this roster

For the players that are getting released around the league and others that are going for 6th and 7th round picks its hard to say what would go to the Vikes these days. May be it could be a package deal, Memo and a safety.
Wonder what will happen to C4.

lol hahahah read some of the comments under the article..its just baffling how numerous people try posting that moore is way better than chester..ridiculous..cut pinner, keep moore..trade fason and a safety somewhere

moore seemed pushed aside more with the AP draft. He does have a good PR ability, and i'm sure we can find more uses for a quick back, just not as a RB.. at least we'll see less of the 3'rd and long screen to moore.

it seemed strange to me that they were testing lots of people on PR.. i guess this is why.

Hmmm...wonder if the Bucs would trade Clayton for MeMo since the WR is supposedly on the block right now.
Tampa Bay may be interested since they don't have great depth at RB.
Both players have shown flashes and both would fill a team need.
This scenario could benefit both teams IMO.

Sounds pretty decent compared to what we started the preseason with. :D

Memo, unless we get a offer we can't refuse will be our punt returner and third down back. Pinner is ok, but not as versatile as Memo. If somebody offers a number 2, or 3 WR we might bite, also some o-line help at right tackle might raise some interest.

Someone posted that Moore is "injury prone"... when was he injured?

That's too bad if we're trying to ship him off. I really like Mewelde Moore, never a word out of him even though everytime he touches the ball he lights it up.

If we can trade him for a solid RT or to Jacksonville for Reggie Williams I'll be happy. If he's really available for peanuts we should be able to make that trade.
