Sapp was not arrested, but was ticketed for fifth-degree assault and careless driving for allegedly trying to drive away while a security officer was standing in front of him.

I'm in the minority here but I like Sapp, he is a good nickel player and probably the only DB we have who plays like he gives a damn. He has attitude and a chip on his shoulder, which i like in a player, was sad we lost him in an awful trade but glad to see him back.
This charge is meh, he didnt beat his girlfriend senseless (allegedly) so i have no issues with him playing and being on this team.
