    God. Stop the run guys.
I am NOT here to provide good football insight or rational observations. I am an emotional 19 year old Viking fan and I expect you to adjust your expectations from my posts.

Brett looked sloppy (like I suspected, he needs a bit to catch up)

WRs couldnt do anything.. NO ONE wanted to step up

Greg Camarillo needs to be involved.. He's our only WR that creates seperation and makes catches.. I was calling for it all game

D looks sloppy.. O-line is overrated.. JA racks up sacks against horrible LTs.. Pat is over the hill.. Kevin doesn't seem to have the same effect he used to.. And Edwards is good but needs to back up his bitching

Pluses: AP, BIG MAC, Lito, Winny, Greenway, Kluwe, Longwell, Mitchell, Sullivan Shank

Others had decent to bad games IMO unless I missed some clear players

We are 0-1.. I expected that.. I still expect us to go 10-6

im not sad... we will be better after the bye... we will be more healthy and timing... Defense did their best down 2 corners...and favre did look lost without sidney rice..but he will get his timing down.

Not really sure what to say.....Both teams looked sluggish IMO. Tough game to have to begin the year. Too many emotions.

Favre was rusty but looked great at times. He will get his timing down soon.

Peterson looked good but we gave up on him in the second half.

Berrian is terrible. Where the fuck was Camarillo in the first half? Percy ran some bad routes. Javon should be back this week. Thank god cause we need a deep threat.

    Shank was awesome!

    OL was decent.

DL did not pressure too well.

LBs were decent for the most part.

I thought the secondary was ok, nothing stood out to be horrible. When Cook and Ced get back we might be pretty good.

Injuries hurt and it showed. We just were not firing on all cylinders but we will soon.

    Bring on the fish!

hi viking fans - packer fan here.

your defense looked great tonight against a very talented team - i expected less from them.

you guys are all saying brent will be better with another game or two under his belt and i completely agree - last year he was amazing (to my extreme disappointment). but that said, do you feel upset at all that he was this rusty? would you have liked him to come into camp a little earlier to shake off that rust and maybe give them a better shot in that second half?

this could be a big loss in a tough nfc.
