It's not all-inclusive, but one of the secrets behind the Vikings' run of seven defensive touchdowns this season has been a practice requirement installed by defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier.....

I hope Kitna throws a couple picks, and all that extra work finding the endzone pays off. Frazier has implemented a mentality, and has a better grasp of what his players strenghts are, and now, ajustments to utilize those skills have been made.

I like the look of our Defense, they look like Peyton out there, disguising the coverages, and where the heck the blitz..... fake blitz is coming from, if done effectively will cause more bad decisions by opposing QB's. Purple D's Got Wheels.......

Darren Sharper among them -- aren't huge fans of what amounts to extra windsprints.
